Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SynapseAI → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
New subscribers get full access to all premium features for 7 days at no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. The trial is available once per Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your SynapseAI purchase, and select "Request a Refund".
No. The only information visible to your approved friends is your name and whether you are currently in a "Focused" session. No goals, notes, or any other personal data is shared.
Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Only your email address is stored on our servers (Firebase). Your display name and profile photo are stored locally on your device only and never uploaded to any server.
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If the problem continues, contact us at gundogannsami@gmail.com with a description of the issue and your device model.
