Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Brainfire AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Developer.

2. Description of Service

Brainfire AI is an AI-powered education coaching and mentorship application available on iOS. The app provides tools for goal tracking, habit building, focus sessions, AI-assisted coaching, and social accountability features. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Brainfire AI. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Brainfire AI offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly — billed every 7 days
• Monthly — billed every 30 days
• Yearly — billed every 365 days

All plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The Developer reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. The Developer does not have the ability to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to use Brainfire AI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without written consent

7. User-Generated Content & Social Features

Brainfire AI includes features that allow users to connect with others (e.g., Crew/Friends). We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users.

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
• You can remove or block any friend from your Crew at any time within the app.
• If you experience abusive behavior, you can report the user to us. The Developer reserves the right to permanently ban accounts found violating these terms.

8. AI-Generated Content

Brainfire AI uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching, suggestions, and mentorship content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only
• AI content does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or financial advice
• The Developer is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Brainfire AI are the intellectual property of Sami Gündoğan and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Brainfire AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the application is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Brainfire AI, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. App Store Additional Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.

13. Termination

The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Brainfire AI at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Developer, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Brainfire AI shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

15. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, users will be notified through the app or via email.
